Material range

Not every part wants the same polymer. A clip that works like a spring and a gear that turns constantly behave differently: one needs flexibility, the other wear resistance.

What drives the choice

• Load type — continuous rotation, single snap-fit, spring action
• Colour and UV exposure — this sits in a window
• Dimensional stability — must not move with humidity or heat
• Cost — pack quantities are high, unit differences add up

All parts are produced in white and grey; colour does not affect the price.
