Production

Our production is built on plastic injection moulding. The moulds are made in-house, which means we control dimensional tolerance and repeatability directly.

Process

• Mould design and manufacture — part geometry defined by the blind system
• Injection — material feed, moulding, cooling
• Deflashing and visual inspection
• Packing — 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 piece packs

Colour options

All parts are produced in white and grey. Colour does not affect the price; it is selected at order.

Machinery

18 injection moulding machines, 50–350 tonnes clamping force. Materials: PP, POM, ABS and PA. Monthly capacity 12 million pieces.
